Milling and Turning
We offer a full CNC Milling and Turning machining
service from all forms of plastic and metal.
 Welding and Gluing
Our experienced staff are trained to provide a first class finish when
gluing perspex, and polycarbonate. Our welding capabilities extend
from PVC, Polypropylene and Polycarbonate. This is seen in our production
of Machine Guards, Polypropylene Chemical Tanks, and Industrial Storage
and Bund Units

 Shopfitting
Individually designed Acrylic Sweet Bins, Acrylic Shelf Units,
indeed any type of Display Unit standard or bespoke can be designed and
built
by our experienced craftsmen. From perspex risers through to complete
merchandising units we offer a complete service.
 Acrylic Aquariums
Our individually designed aquariums are a real alternative
to glass. The clarity of the acrylic more than outshines that of glass
and of course
the element of safety means that acrylic will not shatter. We offer a
standard range of acrylic aquariums but of course we can offer an individual
service of designing and manufacturing an aquarium that is unique to
your requirements. The beauty of acrylic means that it can be shaped
to fit into a small corner of a room that you want to fill with a beautiful
water feature.
Boat Windows, Hatches and Washboards
At Talking Plastics Fabrications
Limited we offer a full replacement service for your Boat Windows, Hatches,
Washboards and Windscreens. Your
screens can be replaced in a variety of tints and thicknesses of Marine
Grade materials all held in stock and are normally replaced within 2-3
days. We also offer a full resealing service for Hatches.
Our large oven capacity enables us to oven mould shaped windscreens.
In addition we stock marine grade polyurethane sealants and stainless
steel fixings.
Cut Panels
If you require panels of a certain size as opposed to buying
a large sheet we offer a same day collection cut to size service or we
can deliver
next day.
